Arctech to Supply 365 MW Tracking Solution for Solar Project
A system that uses the sun’s rays to direct and power devices designed by Archtech. Arctech, a supplier of solar tracking and racking services, is in place to furnish Puerto Penasco Solar Park in Mexico with a 365.8 MW SkyLine II solar tracking solution. Located in the Sonora state of Mexico, this venture has been chosen to be a primary project by the Mexican government to hasten the country’s metamorphosis concerning energy use. In November 2022, Mexico presented its decisive renewable energy objectives during COP27, intending to reduce carbon footprint by a total of 35% by the year 2030. Since joining the Mexican market in 2018, Arctech has participated in several projects, including the 167.12 MW Sonora undertaking and the 118 MW Horus project. Last year, Arctech sealed agreements to provide almost 10 MW worth of solar tracking systems in Mexico. Their solutions, branded as SkyLine II, SkyLine and SkySmart, demonstrate the range of different preferences across the country, and Arctech’s proficiency in being able to fulfill those needs, the association states.
