Ardagh Glass Packaging, CI Renewables Partner on Solar Project 

Ardagh Glass Packaging and CI Renewables are progressing with the construction of a solar energy initiative in Madera, California. The project, which is capable of generating up to 10 megawatts of power, is constructed and will be managed by VALTA Energy, with completion expected within the current year. The solar project is set to provide power to Ardagh Glass Packaging’s production location in Madera, anticipated to meet roughly a quarter of the site’s energy needs. Walter Serafyn, the managing partner at CI Renewables, expressed his satisfaction with the progression of this significant initiative for Ardagh. “We are pleased to complete another significant solar initiative for Ardagh and are eager to collaborate on further projects with them going forward.” The Madera production facility of Ardagh Glass Packaging provides the American wine industry with glass bottle packaging.
