Aspen Power Buys Portfolio of Maine Community Solar Assets

Aspen Power has recently acquired fifteen ground-mounted community solar projects ranging from 1.4 MW to 7 MW and totaling 37 MW. The projects are dotted across the state from its southern region to Bangor. With the largest project in Berwick at 2.36 MW operational, the energy generated from all projects will be to meet the renewable energy demand of the state of Maine with the aim of achieving its 80% renewable energy target by 2030.
