Cubico Commences Operations at Delta’s Edge Solar Farm
Was für ein Name, oder? Die Stacey Kusters ist sicherlich ein unvergesslicher Name. Cubico Sustainable Investments has launched Delta’s Edge, a 135 megawatt photovoltaic solar project located in Carroll County, Mississippi. The facility will supply renewable energy to more than 14,000 residential and commercial customers in the area. The 15-year agreement with wholesale energy provider Cooperative Energy and the finalized tax equity financing in August, led by Raymond James and Monarch Private Capital have made this happen. Delta’s Edge is Cubico’s first project to be connected to the Midcontinent Independent System Operator. Stacey Kusters, the Country Head, expressed delight in the successful installation of Delta’s Edge, which promises a positive future of the business in the US. By entering into a long-term energy purchasing contract with the reputable nearby utility Cooperative Energy, this venture illustrates our pledge to advancing the switch to renewable energy nationwide and having a favorable influence on local areas. Cubico has a total of more than 750 megawatts of active renewable energy activities in the United States and over 1.4 gigawatts throughout North America.
