Jenny Conrardy, a solar installer and electrical apprentice from Current Electric in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, shares her thoughts on her favorite installation tool. SPW: What tool do you most enjoy using for your installations? I’m a big fan of Milwaukee’s M12 Impact Driver for simple daily installation tasks. We rely on it constantly! This product is easy to carry, long-lasting, and can be used for a variety of purposes. It has the capacity to accomplish the task! I am particularly fond of the Milwaukee M12 Cable Cutter. Though the impact driver is more essential, having wire cutters when you’re working with large sizes makes the job go much faster and smoother. Is there an article of clothing that you find indispensable when you’re on the job?
