i.on Renewables Sells Landfill Solar Project to Coast Energy

Coast Energy, a company responsible for constructing, owning, and maintaining renewable energy sources for commercial and industrial properties, has just announced it has taken over a project that consists of 8.6 Megawatts located in Brookhaven, which is situated on Long Island in New York. The site takes up 35 acres of land that is unable to be used for multiple purposes, and approximately 16,000 solar panels will be implemented with a standard-angled, stabilized method.
