KORE Power Launches Two U.S.-Manufactured DC Blocks
KORE Power has introduced two comprehensive DC block solutions for energy storage: a 750 kWh LFP DC Block and a 1.3 MWH NMC DC Block. Lindsay Gorrill, the founder and CEO of KORE Power, remarked that these DC Blocks would assist their clients in connecting their projects to the grid promptly and within budget. They will ensure the availability of dependable, green, and safe power whenever required. “This launch further underscores our dedication to propelling the local clean energy sector forward with quality manufacturing employment opportunities and products that are proudly made, overseen, and maintained by our U.S-based team.” The packages comprise custom-built compartments, HVAC and fire safety systems, and can be adjusted for AC solutions. The firm will provide US clients who buy these packages the chance to benefit from the domestic content incentives of the Inflation Reduction Act. The company’s lithium-ion cells will be used in DC Blocks, which will be accessible in both NMC and LFP battery chemistries.
