Westbridge Renewable Agrees to Sale of 1.4 GW Solar Pipeline

MYTILINEOS Energy & Metals’ subsidiary has acquired a portfolio consisting of five solar projects in Alberta, Canada, from Westbridge. It is anticipated that once they are in commercial operation the aggregate capacity will be 20510 GW DC. This purchase is being made by Metka via the purchase of all the issued and outstanding shares of the Westbridge subsidiaries: Georgetown Solar Inc. Sunnynook Solar Energy Incorporated Dolcy Solar Corporation Eastervale Solar Incorporated Red Willow Solar Inc. is currently engaged in the development of multiple projects.
